Out of the ravine burst scorching waves of vermillion lava, spurting out up high and down hard. In a mere flash, numerous snowmen, having not one bit of chance to escape, vanished─evaporated, in precise─into the thin air. And then out of the ravine of horrendous blaze crept a hideous monster. It had the most unearthly appearance of all: humongous claws, like scythes of doom, a dual-horned, extremely bulky skull, zigzagging teeth which seemed more like two rows of ultra-sharp saws, the skin of crimson inferno, and fiery eyes glaring with abhorrence.
“MROOOOARRR!!!” the vociferous monster caused uproar, and it blew across the terra like furious gale. “You bitsy snowmen woke me up!”
“Who─what are you?” yelled the white leader in response.
“I am Infernblazo, the lord of flames! And now I’m unbearably vexed!”
The heated beast started to hurl burning-hot boulders at the snowmen, seemingly pygmy beside. Instead of fighting, the snowmen, dazed by this abrupt raid, were running for their lives!
“Have you a plan?” asked the white leader desperately as he shunned the incoming meteor-like boulder, all the snowmen fleeing from the parching lava. The dark leader, however, stood still and stern, fearless of the plight.
“This world,” he began, “is what endues us a meaning of existence.”
He gripped a handful of snow, his face pallid and solid. “Snow melts before heat, yet water can smother the vicious fire! We shall fight, until we eliminate the archenemy of doom!” With his robust arms, he threw a gigantic orb of snow directly at Infernblazo.
“You’ve got some style,” smirked the white leader, grinning. “So be it.”
“We shall obliterate that obnoxious fiend! My comrades, attack!” The two leaders, along with their allegiant subordinates, began their strike of ice.     The sky was suddenly blackened out by a vast amount of snow, anon descending on to the monster. Some snowmen, being more gallant and courageous, even sacrificed themselves by tackling with their icy flesh.
“MRAHW!!!” the strategy turned out be useful, as Infernblazo was soon bellowing painfully, his already-snowy body seeming to be frozen. “Cease it, you pests!”
But the snowmen, of course, did not comply. No sooner did Infernblazo fall than the snowmen desisted from their actions. Heavily, the red beast crashed into the deep ravine, where the lava had been frozen by all the snow, his body being shattered into countless pieces. To every snowman’s surprise, and before anyone could emit a triumphant cheer, the crash caused another great “BOOM!” and more crevices formed across the crust, which soon turned into stupendous canyons! BOOM! A frightening blast broke through the world, and after it were more wild flames and lava! Shocked, all the little snowmen fell down into the canyons of fire─all except for the alacritous white leader.
“Hold on!” shouted the white leader strenuously as he held on tightly to the dark leader’s hand.
And in a placid tone the dark leader spoke, “It’s alright; I am close to my demise. Even though we had been enemies before, the enmity between us has ended. There is nothing more I desire.”
BOOM! Another immense wave of scorching lava spurt into the sky, right atop the two remaining snowmen, covering them in shadows of death.
“Let go!” the dark leader demanded, his visage seemed as black as ever. “You’ll die too!”
“If we die, we die together!” roared the white, his eyes filled with fury. He did not let go, not even until the advent of the daunting heat…

Just then, the sky began to rain heavily, as if the rainfall would continue incessantly for another few thousand years. Under the soft and cleansing precipitation, the world of ice and the underworld of fire were eventually annihilated.

Now, no longer does snow have life. We can only listen to it carefully as it tells us a story from a long time ago.
