Christmas has always had an especial meaning to me. Not only is it my date of birth, but a holiday on which everyone─friends, family, lovers and so on─may rejoice with jovial hearts.
Many a moment took its place within my lifelong pilgrimage throughout the past few months, all of which has become a proportion of precious historical reminiscence. As these incidents are inscribed onto my invisible memoir, I feel as though becoming more mature and having a lot to state.
Adversities of life are doomed to be met with. I, indeed, would be not dubious about the fact. I have been wandering─not ambling at will─to and fro, hither and thither with a disorientated, moreover beleaguered soul. Hence I do make my remark：
With a haggard visage I ramble onto the path of frost
Upon the vehement gale I find my paradise lost
Asunder are my dreams rent
Futile is my resistance at the moment
Alack, it is flawlessly true that whatsoever we do, rise is given to the ramifications and consequences. I reckon it’s safe to say, “Thou make the choice；God decides thy fate.” At times, I may want to make amends, to think in an optimistic manner that everything will turn out to be great. However, there’s simply no such thing I could ever ensure. When the die is cast, the game shall be on once more. And nothing, nothing at all will be the same anymore.
Yet still, life in itself is an expedition. There’s always something new and quaint to discover. And be one traveler, I should never be wrong to despondency nor agony. The world is my pedagogue and I am the pupil. Matter it does not, whether life’s glittering or ordinary. Everyday ought to be worth our while to cherish.
Oh dear, do I get a little sentimental sometimes. Anyhow, this is a jolly holiday! I am fortunate to have the opportunity to share the splendid night (Christmas Eve) and the beauteous day with everyone. With all my heart, I exclaim, “Thy panache and pulchritude outshines even the highest moon and the utmost sheeny stars!”
